Dit nieuwe dashboard is hét instrument voor Codman Sessies. Ernest Amory Codman was de grondlegger van het Clinical Auditing concept.Inzoomen geeft meer inzichtHet nieuwe gratis dashboard geeft meer inzicht in de kwaliteit van zorg, op basis van individuele (ongecorrigeerde) patiëntresultaten die gebruikers zelf kunnen selecteren en aanpassen. Door middel van filters kunnen ziekenhuizen bijvoorbeeld zien wat het effect is van hemicolectomie bij patiënten met een Charlson index +2 in de leeftijdscategorie 64-72 jaar.Hiermee krijgen gebruikers nog gerichter inzicht in verbeterpotentieel en in de patiëntpopulatie van het eigen ziekenhuis. De uitkomsten worden vergeleken met de rest van Nederland of over een bepaalde tijdsperiode. Bovendien is het mogelijk om tot patiëntniveau terug te gaan om resultaten te interpreteren.Momenteel wordt het dashboard uitgerold voor de darmkankerregistratie Dutch ColoRectal Audit (DCRA), naast de bestaande rapportages in MijnDICA.
